This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State of Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Â鶹ÊÓƵ Board of Supervisors. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain competitive proposals as allowed by Â鶹ÊÓƵ Revised Statute 39:1503 from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in providing consulting services to conduct background checks on potential employees at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ universities, Board office, Â鶹ÊÓƵ Community and Technical College System Institutions, and Board office
