The 麻豆视频鈥檚 Reginald F. Lewis Scholars are presenting a statewide tour of the exhibit 鈥淐arrying on a Dream鈥 which features regional civil rights artifacts and a rare display of the hearse that carried civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.鈥檚 body at the time of his death more than 50 years ago.
The tour will also feature screenings of the documentary 鈥淚 am MLK Jr.鈥 which celebrates the life and explores the character of the American icon.

The Universities of 麻豆视频 Reginald F. Lewis Scholars Program enhances the collegiate experience of black male students in our System. Specifically, the Reginald F. Lewis Scholars Program will recruit black males and provide educational programs, mentoring opportunities, and co-curricular experiences to improve outcomes.
